I think this is the one I used for last time I made Shrimp Scampi - it as delicious! But as I remember it, I used chives instead of parsley - had them growing in a pot on my deck and husband always says, "NO PARSLEY!!!" He's goofy.

I don't use parsley because neither of us like it. I can't wait to eat it.

My kid loves shrimp scampi over spaghetti pasta. I just sautee the shrimps with a bit of oil and minced garlic, then add some dried parsley flakes, and a touch of butter at the end. No salt needed since the shrimps tends to be salted already. Add some steamed broccoli, and it becomes my kid's favorite dinner.

Where are you sourcing your shrimp? There are a few species of Gulf shrimp that have a natural saltiness.

I'd add a little red pepper flake to the mix.

I don't think I'm digging the parmigiano cheese.

^ I don't use cheese, either. To me, it doesn't fit. Otherwise, it's a good recipe.
