I can only eat it fried.
If I eat it baked....my skin emits cod smell.
May have to do with the Keto diet I've been on lately.

The same way you season fresh fish. I put salt, pepper, garlic, butter and bake it at 425°FF, or you could use that Torsk recipe.

Well, what a coincidence, I made cod last night.

I let it thaw for about half an hour, put in a baking dish, drizzled fresh lemon & lime juices over it, dotted with a little butter, sprinkled on pepper & garlic powder, baked in a 350 oven for 10 minutes, spooned the juice & butter over it a couple of times while baking.

You don't want to overcook fish, it gets too dry & tough really fast.

I've added cod to my grocery list and bookmarked your link. Thank you!
Karma helped me too, or should I say your post did. I am trying this tonight!

Just had 2 pieces of frozen cod, thawed, chopped and added to shrimp soup (made with milk.)
Husband loves it this way.
