Not really wild but I will try all types of biscuit recipes as I look for my "go to" recipe. Ingredients like mayo, cream cheese, etc.

I once found a recipe for chocolate sauerkraut cake. So strange, I had to try it. It was delicious.

That recipe is most likely tucked away in a file somewhere because I usually saved recipes that turned out well.

Seriously, who would think to make a cake with sauerkraut? Man, it was good. My family gobbled it right up.

Being single, I have no need for Turkey recipes... But I wonder if this would work with squab?

I made garlic chip cookies once, and took them into the office.

Every time I cook it's a "culinary experiment".

Made a homemade apple pie, made the crust, cut the apples. Put it on the smoker since thats like an oven anyway. Was told it was "good". Then found out I should peel the apples, and not put on the smoker. lol I actually liked it. I was very much in the minority.

Made a mac and cheese. Last minute deal for a pot luck. I cleaned out the fridge, basically. Turns out everyone really liked it and wanted the recipe. It was actually good. I just have absolutely no idea what all I put in it. I have the general, pasta and cheese.....but what cheese and spices? May have had to do with "pre party liquid pressure". May just have to drink again to make it. Dang.
