Apple Roll-Ups Recipe - Allrecipes.com
I have some leftover egg roll wrappers and I am making this for dessert later. I have more than 12 wrappers But I am only making 4. My DH and I don't need to eat more than 2 each.

You know, I've seen that in Chinese restaurants - or I remember seeing it when I was a child. They fried it quickly and put honey and sprinkled sesame seeds on top. They did bananas, too.

You can also fill them with bananas and cream cheese. I know, it doesn't sound good, but they are incredible.

Sorry Folks but they were horrible!!! First mistake was baking them, they taste better deep fried, secondly I added less sugar because I felt it was too much in the recipe. The mixture wasn't sweet enough and it was tasteless. I have had these in a restaurant but they were deep fried and served with ice cream and a lot tastier than what I made. If I can find a way to make these better I will, if not I won't be making them again.

Lubby, I love the idea of using the egg roll wrappers for convenience and detest the idea of deep frying anything. Cooking and cleaning don't mix in my world. How about adding the extra sugar, brushing the wrappers after rolling with oil or butter and raising the oven temp to 400? Just a thought.
