Prepare to have a good laugh when you hear how easy this is...

one or more packets of chocolate pudding
Prepare per package instructions with one exception - add half again as much milk as the package calls for. Beat.

Pour into pop molds, put in freezer for 45 minutes, then take out, insert sticks and put back in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.

(I use those jell-o instant pudding mixes and it calls for 2 cups cold milk so I use 3 cups of milk instead.)

I came up with this recipe once when I botched making pudding and put too much milk in. A friend said all is not lost - freeze it and make fudge pops.
