Besides stir-fry, you make any other recipes with this veggie?
Use in place of cabbage???

I buy the baby bok, it seems less bitter....

I put it in Wonton soup, and Asian salads, both raw. Bok choy and Chinese mushrooms are a nice dish. Chinese chicken noodle soup, and Clay pot rice. Like you, I also use it in stir-fry.

I usually throw a few baby Boks in my Pho or Tom Yum Soups . heres some more creative ideas =

Love bok choy!!! Such a great source of Vit. A and C.
It taste so good in the soup (especially any clear broth type of soup, or vegetarian Pho), or beef/chicken/shrimp and noodle.
You can quickly saute it like spinach, on the skillet with butter and some minced garlic.
Or stir fry with garlic, or lemon garlic and ginger.
Make stir fry with Asian noodle, mushrooms, beef or chicken strips, and of course some fresh pressed garlic.
