Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast or Strips in a baking pan
Drizzle with Olive oil
garlic powder, salt, pepper blend front and back
Bake on 350 for about 15-20 min for strips and 25-30 for breast
I normally cover mine with foil until the last 10 mins so they will be juicy
You can saute them lightly. Then remove from the pan and saute some chopped onions. Add some chicken broth, some corn starch (dissolved in cold water) and some wine. Stir it all in. Put the chicken breasts back in and cover the pan. Cook on low until the inside of the chicken is white, not pink.
It comes out moist and tasty. (Got it off the internet, lol.)
A couple weeks ago, I marinated some chicken breasts in a mixture of pesto sauce and balsamic vinegar for 24 hours, then tossed them on the George Foreman grill and pulled them off just as they were done. They were delicious.
Some say chicken breast has no flavor. I guess it`s a lot like pasta....no flavor there. It`s all in the sauce, or what ever spices you like
I think you're right. My son has made a very tasty meal for me featuring boneless, skinless, chicken breast. Really, the sauce was the star. I would have eaten crackers--or cardboard--smothered with that sauce.
I soak it a bit in a lemon juice and it comes so moist after cooking and curry ofc. =)
