falafels are fantastic, one of my favorite foods. I made a chickpea patty with lots of cilanto, probably not a traditional falafel, but i love it, i will post the recipe in a day or two.
Would love to find boxed mix for quick falafel....any US brands that are good? No middle eastern markets here...of course homemade is best.
Never made it but I love it! 2 Greek places by me make it really good. Now on another spectrum this Italian place in Brooklyn, NY make a fried chick pea patty as well but it's not seasoned like falafel. Panelle
