This is my own concoction for seafood salads. You'll find it pleasantly adaptable to fiddle around with.

I think it's particularly good with a rice, seafood and fresh veggie salad.

1 C. Mayonnaise

1 heaping t. Lemon Zest

Juice of one Lemon

2 t. Honey Mustard

1-2 T. Creamed Horseradish

Cracked Black Pepper

I'm going to try this but that's an awful lot of horseradish.

Hurt so good? I might use a bit less horseradish, too. I think it depends on how you feel when you're making it.
