have a bottle of this but so far I've just used it for chicken...

don't have any idea but would love to have some. Do you remember where you got it? I am thinking Home Goods always have a lot of unique things like that.

I had one years ago. Used it in salad dressings and for frying/blistering vegies like green beans, broccoli, etc. Can't say that I enjoyed it much, and if I recall correctly, finally just pitched it.

Some garlic. white wine, chopped parsley, your infused oil and you have a great base for steamed little necks or mussels. Some crusty bread to sop up the juices and you've got a great meal!

Salad dressing, seafood - especially a cold seafood salad with vinaigrette, just for dipping some nice bread. I could see sautéing some fish filets in it for sure.
