For good results in juicing I take the tip of a paring knife and just lightly puncture the skin. Then put the fruit in a microwave on a low or thaw setting for a couple of seconds until the fruit is quite warm. Let it sit for a few minutes and then juice. You will be surprised at how much more you can get out of them using this method.
