I like the flavor of the stems better, they’re sweeter than the florets. I snack on them (peeled) while I’m prepping the rest, cause my husband doesn’t like them either. I’ve been doing this since I stole them off my mother’s cutting board as a child.

I thought the florets have more anti-cancer property, that’s from reading somewhere years ago. I bought broccoli seeds so I can sprout them for eating purpose.
