1/2 Cup water and 1/2 Cup Cashew milk (25 calories per cup)
1 inch of sliced Cantaloupe Melon
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 small zucchini
1/4 to 1/2 avocado
1 cup spinach
1 cup other greens (Swiss chard-stems removed, or Kale-stems removed)
2 squirts of no calorie drink flavoring (I use cherry)
My favorite smoothie recipe is one cup mango, fresh yogurt 1/2 cup, honey, and chia seeds.
It is an amazing smoothie recipe. Everyone should try once.
