Here's the recipe I used... my changes:
used self rising because I was too lazy to go diggin' for the other ingredients
doubled the batter recipe and made it in the food processor (watch the sugar amount as it is split)
substituted lime juice because we're somehow out of lemon juice
watch the sugar if your berries are sweet, mine had a bit of a eye crossing kick to them, so I did add the full amount of sugar

Had some yesterday with peach ice cream... yum!

WHAT A GREAT IDEA!!! I'm addicted to windmill cookies (esp. the ones from Trader Joe's). I never thought of using them in a recipe.

Graham crackers have gotten so tasteless and powdery I just couldn't see doing a graham cracker crust. I tried finding a good old fashioned graham cracker recipe but didn't have much luck. So there I am in the store trying to find a graham cracker that isn't all HFCS and cinnamon and actually has molassas and texture when I looked up and there they were - eureka! More like an old fashion graham cracker with molassas than the new ones plus the little almond chips are nice.
