saw on a cooking show.........what ever bread u want (italian, french, etc...i used italian).......slice and drizzle olive oil....bake @ 350 till bread just browns......sprinkle gorgonzola, drizzle honey and then eat.........it's great!

That sounds interesting. What kind of meal or other food do you think I would go well with?

I ended up going to Whole Foods and the bruchetta was wonderful.

Pasta of course. Gotta induce a carb coma. With lemon caper butter sauce? Yum.

I make a great dessert bruschetta. Toasted heavy pound cake, spread with nutella when it's still warm, then top with balsamic/sugar macerated strawberries and unsweetened whipped cream.

It's low fat, really.
