I wish my niece had watched this lol!!

I usually do most of the cooking for our large extended family. This year, my dad went into the hospital unexpectedly on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The family wanted to do what they could.....

I said I would come over in the morning and prep the turkey and get it in the oven. They said no need, my niece can do it - they assured me she had done it before. I got arrived at the inlaws 1 hour before dinner so I could do all the last minute things. Turkey was still in the oven and no one knew when it would be done. What?? I thought this was handled..... So I finally decide the turkey is done, but it looks very strange.... When it was time to carve, hubby was having a problem. They cooked it upside down!!! At least it was moist!
