Good recipe for those of you that don't want to eat meat.


Vegetarian Patties:


1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 lare onion, chopped
6 eggs
1 cup cream cheese or 1 cup cottage cheese
pinch of sage, thyme, poultry seasoning, garlic and salt.
Mix altogether in a large bowl and then with a spoon drop to form patties on a fry pan- can use oil in the pan/or pam spray. I use pam spray though since that is alot healthier.

Put into a fairly large baking dish and cover with mushroom soup, gravy or tomato soup, then heat in the oven or can serve individually and heat in microwave.
