Default Your Favorite Caramels Recipe

What are some good recipes for caramels? I have two but would like to try more. One I have is the original Betty Crocker one with butter, cream, brown sugar, etc. The other one uses Eagle Brand milk. Any other recipes out there???? Thanks!

I tried the microwave caramels recipe last night. I went exactly by the instructions and they came out too soft. I think next time I'll cook them for a bit longer.
