Does anyone have a good soft pretzel recipe. I made a batch with a simple recipe, but the left over ones got hard. Any input would be great.

You could try storing leftover ones in an airtight container in the fridge, or with a slice of apple. My gran always used apple slices to keep her bushels of Christmas cookies from getting hard before they were eaten.

I've made these before. YUM! I can't say if they hardened up, though, because we ate them all pretty quickly.
It's hard to go wrong with Paula Deen and recipes involving butter. Best of luck!

And great tip about the apple slice. Never heard that one before!
