Crust:

1 cups water
1 tsp salt
cup vegetable oil
2 tbsps molasses
2 cups rye flour
2 cups bread flour
4 tsp caraway seed (optional)
4 tsp dried minced onion
4 tsp yeast

Put in your bread maker in the order suggested on the dough only cycle. When ready pat into a 11x15 pan. Add topping

Topping:

cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
3 tbsp prepared mustard
4 tsp horseradish
6 ounces corned beef (chopped)
16 ounce can sauerkraut, well drained
8 ounces of shredded Swiss Cheese

Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish and spread and spread over the dough. Cover and let rest 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350* Layer corned beef, sauerkraut on dough. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven and bake 5-10 minutes longer. Serve. Great for parties.
