I like them raw best with a squeeze of lemon and a dash of Tabasco - or with freshly grated horseraddish.

Raw with lemon, Tabasco, or horseradish, fried, or baked with garlic, ponzu sauce and Japanese mayonnaise.

Fried in a po boy! Yuuum.

I love kimomoto oysters raw, though. With a little bit of lemon or cucumber vinegar.

OMG, I just had an oyster poorboy for lunch today!

I love them prepared all ways, but my fav is fried. I prefer breading or bread crumbs to batter, don't care much for cornmeal.

Rockefeller or similar dishes are also a fav.

Raw is also good, I like them in a glass with sauce, like a shrimp cocktail.

There is a restaurant here with a humerous sign, "It was a brave man who ate the first oyster!"

On somebody else's plate. Hard as I try, I just can't like either the taste or the consistency.
