Default Quick pizza perhaps?

For a quick lunch I take some English muffins (sliced of course) dab on some pizza sauce with a spoon, a slice of tomato, some mozzarella or pizza blend cheese, sprinkle on some oregano and put in a toaster oven and cook until cheese is melted down and lightly browned.

Tasty
