Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake - All Recipes
This is one of my favorites. I usually make it with Godiva Liqueur and Kahlua.

Does he like coconut? This one is fabulous! If you can find it, the frozen coconut is best!
CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE
1 pkg. white cake mix
3 egg whites
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/3 c. milk
2 (4 oz.) cans coconut
1 can cream of coconut, (usually found near mixed drink mixes)
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
Combine cake mix, egg whites, oil, milk and 1 can coconut. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan 20 to 25 minutes. Make holes in the warm cake with a fork. Pour cream of coconut over cake. When cool, combine second can of coconut with whipped topping mix. Frost cake. Chill several hours.

Microwave Cake recipe
The following recipes are easy to make and can be made quickly using your microwave. I know many people hesitate to cook in their microwave, but with the correct tools the microwave can save you time and money when cooking.
When I make a cake in the microwave I use Tupperware’s Heat N Serve containers. The 6 ¼ cup round container seems to work the best. There are other microwave containers out there, but I have only tried Tupperware’s. I do know that microwave cakes tend to come out hard when cooked in glass or corningware, so I don’t recommend you use these types of containers when trying to bake a cake in the microwave.
Death by Chocolate
Ingredients
One box of chocolate cake mix. (I always used the ones labeled moist)
One can of frosting
Ten Oreo Cookies
Ingredients on the box of cake mix
Non-stick spray
Mix the cake mix according to the instructions on the box
Break up the Oreo cookies into bite sites pieces and add them to the cake mixture.
Spray the microwave container with the non-spray.
Pour the cake batter into the container and cover it.
Bake in the microwave for fifteen minutes. Cooking times can vary depending on your microwave.
After your cake is done cooking, let it stand in your microwave for three minutes.
Remove from microwave and invert onto a plate.
Remove the lid off of your frosting. Remove the foil off your frosting as well. Please container of frosting with both lid and seal removed for approximately one minute. Pour frosting slowly and evening over your cake.
Place cake in Frig to cool. Serve as is or with your favorite ice cream.
Easy Cake
Box of cake mix, any flavor
Regular size can of pie filling, any flavor
3 eggs
Non-stick Spray
Mix the ingredients together well. Pour in a microwave container spray with non-stick spray. Cook 8 to 12 minutes, depending on your microwave. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
Cinnamon and Sugar Coffee Cake
One box of yellow cake mix
Ingredients listed on the box
Sugar for Sprinkle topping
Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning
Mix box of cake mix according to the instructions on the box. Spray a microwave container and pour batter into container. Sprinkle the top with a mixture of sugar and Cinnamon/Vanilla seasoning. Microwave for approximately ten minutes. Let stand in microwave for two minutes.

This is more like a dessert, than a cake, but oh so good!
Chocolate Eclair Cake
12 servings
time to make 20 min
20 min prep
1 (1-lb) box honey graham crackers
FILLING
2 packages French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
3 cups milk
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons Karo syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1. Line buttered 9 x 12 dish with graham crackers.
2. Combine pudding mix with milk.
3. Fold in Cool Whip.
4. Pour half of the mixture over crackers.
5. Add second layer of crackers.
6. Add remaining pudding mixture.
7. Add final layer of graham crackers.
8. Over medium heat, melt chocolate glaze except for the powdered sugar.
9. Remove from heat.
10. Beat in 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar.
11. Pour over crackers.
12. Refrigerate overnight.

This is our all-time favorite cake. I always get asked for the recipe. The icing works best if you have a stand mixer. We love icing-I always double the icing.
Moist Chocolate Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 cup baking cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
FAVORITE ICING:
1 cup milk
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil, coffee and milk; mix at medium speed for 1 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla; beat 2 more minutes. (Batter will be thin.) Pour into two greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans (or two 8-in. round baking pans and six muffin cups). Bake at 325° for 25-30 minutes. Cool cakes for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool on wire racks. Meanwhile, for icing, combine the milk and flour in a saucepan; cook until thick. Cover and refrigerate. In a bowl, beat butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add chilled milk/flour mixture and beat for 10 minutes. Frost cooled cake. Yield: 12 servings.
