Next time you fix a steak for the grill... place it in a glass baking dish. Let sit in Orange Juice" Real OJ"... couple hours or more...

Just before you toss that steak on the grill.... place it in the oven lowest setting you have with a good meat thermometer get the internal temperature up to 115-120 degrees... 10 -15 minutes depending on the size and thickness.
Then place that steak on the grill... slow.....coals off to one side .. lid down. Gas grill turn the heat done some... slow... don't rush it. Check temperature with that "good meat thermometer".."check" for your doneness.
