-Chocolate Dipped Ritz Crackers & Peanut Butter-

Good quality melting milk chocolate
Ritz crackers
Peanut butter

Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in microwave
then smear peanut butter on 1 ritz cracker and then sandwich together with another ritz cracker, dip fully in melted chocolate til covered and put them on a plate- then place them all in the fridge til hardened then enjoy!

These are sooooooo good I remember taking them to school for bake sales in grade school and they sold like hot cakes! Something about the salty & sweet together

This sounds like a PMS snack waiting to happen!! I bet you could chop nuts fine and dip the 'cookie' into that after getting the chocolate on.... omg... sounds SO good!

Have you tried with dark chocolate too or only milk?

Thanks for sharing!

You know I've never tried it with Dark chocolate but I'm sure that would be good too.

Mmm...I love making these. I use extra crunchy PB & sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on top of the chocolate after I dip them. I usually dip white & milk chocolate.

Oh yah... the chunky PB thing sounds wicked too!!! Mine are going to be chunky PD with dark chocolate!! Might even fancy them up by squiggling some white over them after the dark has dried.... just to be fancy schmancy!!!

We take a short cut on these and use the mini PB Ritz that you buy in a box at your store. Bite size and they look nice on trays we give away to folks.

I've been looking for recipes for my Christmas Give-a-way trays. These would be wonderful. Maybe we should have a thread for Christmas tray goodies!! I hate doing the same old, same old each year.
