I do have a recipe for mashed potatoes, made ahead and warmed in the crock pot. I like my stuffing dry, so I will bake mine. Crocking it sounds too soggy, but some people like theirs very moist.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes - All Recipes

I love allrecipes.com and ran a quick search for "crock pot stuffing." Here are two that got good reviews. When I get recipes from this site, I always read several of the comments for suggestions. Sometimes the reviewers know best about adjusting this or that.

I haven't made either of these, but they should be worth a look.

Hmmm mixed reviews so maybe I better stay with the oven but try a test batch in my small crock just to see

Bake the stuffing halfway in the oven before you put the turkey in.
Then put it in the crockpot on low.
