Hello everyone,

Need some suggestion on some healthy recipes which I can do it a head of times or can stay for 2-3 days in the fridge, can easily freeze well.

Having touch time lately to keep up with the family needs and the chores.

Thank you in advance.

*Spaghetti sauce frozen in serving sizes - can use over pasta, or over a quick-cooked chicken breast.
*Chili
*Stew
*Meatloaf
*Crock pot Carnitas, with a supply of tortillas on hand
*Left-over turkey and rice casserole
*Cook up a large amount of ground beef. Divide into baggies, 2 cups cooked meat per bag. Freeze. Can be used for a multitude of things

"Healthy" is a very broad term that means different things to different people, but aside from that...

You can brown cubes or strips of meat, and freeze in portions to use for dishes as you need them.

The next time you make white rice cook extra and freeze portions, great for fried rice.

In fact, when you do have time to cook meals, try to cook more than you need, and use for multiple meals. For instance, make a big pot of sauce for spagetti one day, freeze some, and use the rest a few days later for oven or crock pot lasagne.

Crock pots are a great way to go for all kinds of things, lots of crock threads in this forum too
