We found a recipe in Penzey's catalog last fall for bacon-wrapped chicken poppers that is absolutely WONDERFUL - oh my goodness, they'll disappear in minutes when you pull them out of the oven. It's a real keeper, and if it ever warms up enough here to get the grill out, we want to try doing something like this on a skewer over hot coals, too.
