Does anyone have a good oatmeal and whole wheat bread machine recipe? Low fat is also nice. I like to let it knead in the machine and take it out to bake in the oven.

I'm trying to get more healthy foods in our diet. My family has diabetes and heart disease. I just had surgery to have my gallbladder out so I am making sure that I work on my diet to eat as healthy as I can because feeling bad isn't fun so I'm doing what I can to be as healthy as I can.

I found one recipe so far that I might be able to tweak to include whole wheat in place of some of the flour but I'm not sure how to do that.

It is..

1 1/4 c water
2 tbs butter
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbs brn sugar
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Does anyone know if this can be treaked to include more whole grains?

I appreciate any help or recipes.
