Let's post away....I'll start

Coca-Cola Marinade

1 quart Coca-Cola
2 cups oil
2 cups vinegar
6 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar. Mix well and store in the refrigerator. Marinade your choice of meats in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Great on flank steaks, round steaks, London broil, etc.Yield: Makes 2 quarts

i used to make a similar Coco Cola marinade for brisket back in college! i poured it on & threw it in the oven to bake in foil. YUM
