Well, I'll be! When I read the title, I expected to see a regular cheesecake recipe with some sort of clear, yellow lemon glaze (glace) on the top of it...

This is an update of an 'old' recipe that I have, (@ 25 years old....LOL), except we used a can of frozen lemonade and (I think) a can of Eagle Brand milk.....can't remember all the ingredients; I'd have to look it up......I just remember that it was fairly simple to make and it was on the sweet side.

I'll have to try this one.....thanks for sharing! I'll betcha yours has less calories, too!

My mom has made this all my life, but we call it lemonade pie. She also uses frozen lemonade (sometimes pink) in lieu of the crystal lite and milk. I could eat the whole thing by myself.
