Can someone please let me know what the best canning recipe books are. I have a friend who wants me to find a book on how to can sauces. Like spaghetti sauce, etc. Thanks!

Here is a CD link talks about all kinds of canning and it will get busy again since summer is here.

As a rule though Ball Blue Book is considered the "bible" of canning.


Who does Canning here?
