I take about 2lbs of ground chuck
Two Eggs
6 slices of fried bacon, pulled to pieces
Blacking seasoning
6 slices of colby/jack cheese
6 slices of mild cheddar
Mix the bacon pieces, eggs, and ground beef in a bowl by hand.
Pat out 6 to 9 patties, cover both sides in blacking seasoning.
Grill on Med/high to desired temp, and put the cheese on the burgers when done. Make sure to turn it over minimally, because you want to keep as much blackend seasoning to each side.
Best burgers EVER! Works well with chicken and turkey burger as well. Just add bread crumbs to turkey burger, it turns to liquid otherwise.
Its a heart attack waiting to happen, but what a way to go.
