But the point of this thread is that it has always intrigued me as to why some people in daily life suddenly act friendly on you after several days of projected animosity or scorn I come across these characters in every country.

Maybe his house is being foreclosed upon? Maybe he has hefty credit card debt? Maybe his car was being repossessed?

Maybe he had an argument with his wife/girlfriend?

Maybe his in-laws are coming over?

Maybe his college night classes are over?

Maybe he suffers from migraines/gout/IBS and he's finally feeling better?

Maybe he bet massively in the NBA pool at work and lost?

It could be anything.
