So women didn't have rights for a really long time, i guess evertyone should have accepted it and just though "this is the way it's always been"..

Gay's haven't been able to marry for ever, so since that's the way it has always been

Absolutely every family I know where there are brothers AND sisters, the daughter has had tons of drama, whereas the son may have not been as good of a student, but he's lived a stable life, whereas the daughter is always having some kind of "crisis".

Such grandiose talk. "Lots of women I grew up with" and "absolutely every family I know" ... how many people are we talking about? Please provide a number. The women you grew up with, about whom you know so much--how many are there? Five? Twenty? Fifty? How many families? The way you talk, you sound like you're speaking about dozens and dozens of women; my high school class was something like 800 kids.
