Phoenix is still at 103, though. I was there for a day over Labor Day weekend. It was 114! It doesn't cool there in the evening, either.
Yeah, its always a 5 to 10 degrees hotter in Phoenix then Tucson, part of the reason why I ruled out moving there. My companies main office is there though. We do have an office in Tucson, but Im not sure how well it doing.
Besides Phoenix sucks, its just basically LA to the east. I have these fond memories of it, when I was a kid back in the early mid 80's I went there alot and it seemed great, loved it matter of fact.
I went back there a few yrs ago for company training and then to "check" it out to see if I wanted to move there and I was severely disappointed, especially the Mesa area, I remember it being really nice, now its pretty ghetto, at a lot of it is anyway. Sorry to offend people here from Mesa, I did think that the far eastern part of Mesa was pretty cool though.
