Yes, you should protect yourself from divorce. Don't marry anyone , ever .

That is SICK!

You, have absolutely no RIGHT to kill an innocent life in the womb of a woman be it your wife, grilfriend or otherwise.

Please, get a vasectomy now if that is your outlook. Never place any woman in the position to conceive your child.

You can't dude.

If she doesn't want the baby but you do, you're screwed. She gets to have the baby and put you in financial slavery for 18 years. If you don't comply, then you'll be best friends with Bubba in jail.

If you want the baby but she doesn't, you're screwed. She can get an abortion if she wants to.

You, as a guy, don't have any choices when it comes to pregnancy.

This is not a serious thread. No guy in TX past the 9th grade would ask these questions.

OP if you are from our state, you are embarrassing the rest of us Texas guys. Please move.

I was thinking the same thing. As a fellow Texan, you're embarrassing me.

About your question though--generally, whatever property you acquire during your marriage is considered community property. One exception would be something you inherit.

When you're closer to being married, consult an attorney.

friend if you think there existed a state like that, friendly to men- in a divorce, do you think california would be inhabited by men?
dont marry, in TX dont live with her-- common law marriage law.
long term lease (non live in girlfriend) is better and cheaper than outright purchase. why? bek on the lease you know the price in the beginning, in america- they dont tell you the price of the marriage til the end. would you eat in a restaurant that had a pricing policy like that???
