I received flowers and a card from one of my patients today, just to tell me,"Thank you for all that you do!"

And it could not have happened on a better day!!!

did some topless sunbathing in the backyard. Trying to work on my tan a bit.

Did two workouts today!! Burn them calories baby! Burn them calories!

I did 18 mins of cycling and about 45 mins of karate!

Awesome! I've tried indoor cycling before but it's not for me

Have you tried doing it with music? I found that having music helps. Just play some jumpy tunes.

Yea...I prefer cycling outdoors though
