Lady at work, very outgoing, friendly and a bit of a free spirit. She's "flirted" with me some, but appears to flirt with nearly everyone so really thinking nothing of it, until today when she grabbed my butt while walking off after a brief chat. Seems like a rather overt sign of interest, but with her, I am not really sure, and I am not about to reciprocate due to my position. Not sure how to respond as I am not sure this was an indication she really has the hots for me, or she was just being her i.e. does this to all the guys. Thoughts/suggestions?

Even if she does this to all the guys, who cares? Ask her if she wants to go get dinner sometime(don't make it sound like a date though!! VERY IMPORTANT!!) and don't mention anything about sex or what she did.
Just be yourself and test her a little bit, you don't need to talk about sex, but after dinner, ask her if she wants to go get drinks, if she says OK, then carry on and hit it!
If she gives you some BS excuse like, I gotta go home, just forget about her and move on. I have done this many times and it is best way to see if they are going all the way or if they are just playing some BS game!

If it were me I would smile and just be myself. If this woman is really into you or want more from you, I suspect she will let you know. In the mean time, play it cool, you'll keep your job longer...
If she liked you, she would treat you different. If she treats you like all the other guys, you are just like all the other guys. I'm flirty. I don't grab butts, but I do kid around a lot and goof off. It's my nature. But, I'm a bit awkward with the ones who matter. I flirt, but I'm a little more reserved.
