EP, I was in the glass business for about 20 years. One Saturday morning a guy called and we went to his apartment to pickup his car where every piece of glass was smashed to pieces.
Turned out that a guy who lived above him had broken up with his girlfriend and she had come over all mad. She smashed the glass out of the 1st blue car she came to that evening thinking it was the BF's but she had picked the wrong blue car.
You and your friends seem to attract stalker types. I knew a guy who was dumb enough to break up with his girlfriend but when she came to pick up her stuff from his apartment, he was too cowardly to face her, told her to get her stuff but he went to visit some friends.
She completely destroyed everything - poured out all his beer and liquor, squeezed his toothpaste and hair gels - everything into his boots and shoes, tore and cut up his clothes, cut the cords on every appliance, smashed things and on her way out, she poured sugar into his gas tank.
Her reason was that he made her mad by not being there so she could fight with him one last time. She felt she had to let off steam somehow.
Calling the cops is useless, unless you want proof for the insurance company. Just don't expect them to accomplish anything in the way of "bringing the bad guys to justice".
Ditto the restraining order - not worth the paper they're written on. And does your guy friend REALLY want the rep that comes from getting a PFA on a girl?
He should solve his problem the old-fashioned way - a Louisville Slugger across the kneecaps.
...You guys are stingy with your love! I rarely have such problems.
Are you saying that you're "easy"?
