Long story short, realestate lady knocks on my door advertising an open home. While she was probally 10 years my senior there was a def attraction, oh and she smelt real good.
So after we had finished talking I asked her if she wanted to meetup for a drink. To which I got "If I wasn't happily married, I might take you up on that".
Moral of the story for the CD ladies this a good example of what to say to a guy if the answer is no, nothing rude, personal or offensive about it.

If I'd been her I probably would've used my sense of humor and replied,"Sorry I'm here selling real estate not myself.LOL

That's basically what I hear women say and close to what I've said myself. I rarely hear of anyone being rude about it. Most women I've heard talk about being asked out is they're flattered. I think the meanies are the exception. I don't know how it is that all the men who are tortured, abused, and rejected by all women all found this forum.
I think realtors are just about one of the sexiest professionals around. Often, many of them are very classy and quite beautiful. Seems to be the route professional great looking women go.
Exactly. Ive gotten the "I dont care if you dont" "I wont tell if you dont" "so am I, so what". If a man is persistant after you have declined gracefully, what is an acceptable response.
While I was still married I had a guy ask me out.I told him I'd have to ask my husband if it was ok with him.I met no disrepect whatsoever.Nor did I think I was rude.That guy was married also.He was a wel-known cheater and always hit on women whether they were single or married he didn't care.
I agree. You can reject someone and let them walk away with their dignity intact. I can't stand the women who act offended if a guy they're not attracted to hits on them. Provided he does it in a classy way and doesn't make some lame pass, she can politely reject him without having to belittle him too. It just seems like such a high school thing to do.
