We have talked online and on the phone, but have not met yet.
We have exchanged several photos. She is attractive.
I don't suspect that to be the case. There have been a few times where she doesn't get back to me right away and usually I have to initiate most of the conversations online or on the phone. She is very talkative when we're on the phone though, which is good for me actually because I tend to be more of a listener than a talker.
It could be a lot of things.....she could be married and uses this as a sort of fantasy outlet for shall we say digital stimulation . Or she uses it to get the emotional connection with you she doesn't get elsewhere. Also unless you both have webcams those photos could be fake. I would give her one more chance but if she blows you off again then what i said is most likely true. IMO she is playing around for whatever reason, either she really doesn't look as good as you think...or what i stated above.
Like a few here said, just tell her to call you or something when she's ready to meet or tell her YOUR No longer interested in her, because you feel like your wasting your time. You could also ignore her girls HATE HATE HATE being ignored!!!! then they have to work harder to get your attention! Now it could work out that way or she could just go away, either way your not loosing anything. You can't miss some one you've never had and or met before.
You say it's only been 2-3 weeks since you've been trying to set up a date with her? That's not very long! She could very well be going through a string of misfortune.
