One Night Stand
So last night I was having a very interesting conversation with a few people (girls and guys) and the question "what is the definition of a one night stand" arouse. The room seemed to be divided with opinion. Some said that a one night stand is clearly when you meet someone have sex the first night and never speak to them again. The other definition was if you meet a person and wait around one month (give or take) to sleep with them, have sex, but then decide after sexing you lose interest, that would NOT be considered a one night stand.
IMO a one night stand has to happen in one night because all you want is sex. If you communicate with someone for a while something is telling you, you may want to go further IF the sex is good, so that is not a one night stand.
What do you guys/gals think? This was a very heated debate last night, lol.

Hahaha, I am going to print these CD results for the naysayers! I cannot see how waiting a month to sleep with someone (even if that is all you want) could be considered a one night stand!

You ladies are making my face red...
I think a one night stand is just that, you spend one night with the person and they are out of your life. My question now would be if a month later you see that same person and do the same thing, what would you call that first date? I think it would be a one night stand that developed into an encore, or reunion or what?
