However, as with any guy, we would definitely need a few things in common....like chemistry, similar values and morals, a wicked sense of humor, love dogs, love the outdoors ie., camping, fishing, hiking, sports and not a couch potato...  |

Stated more accurately, I wouldn't refuse to go out with a guy because of his race. But I wouldn't specifically "seek" a man of any race. Personality is absolutely #1. I'm married now, but if I were single, I wouldn't discriminate against a potential romantic partner based on nothing more than how he was born.

I'm Asian-female so I didn't vote but I'm curious why bring this up? I married a white guy, my brother married a white girl and my other brother married a traditional Chinese girl so we've got the mix going on in our family! Open-minded people don't care abour race. It's all about chemistry and personality. More conservative folks would just rather date within their own race. I don't particularly see that as racist, just a preference. It only becomes racist if that person starts saying crap about another race, IMO. Plus, ignorance is a factor, too - like if somebody has a "preference" not to date Asian (or whatever other race) men because of certain stereotypes.

This sounds so superficial
But I'm not attracted to most Asian guys - they are short and skinny and I like a tall guy with meat on his bones - but I wouldn't date a short & skinny white guy either!!
I am quite atracted to tall Japanese guys!! - think Ming Tsi (hope I spelled that correct) He's a hottie!!
I have dated a veitamese (sp) guy before and there is another factor I didn't date Asain guys after him.....just like the old wives tale Asian guys are "small" and I like a guy who got some length and girth (**wink wink**)

Never mind "girth" or whatever other qualities mentioned here. Bottom line is if you're a guy, and you have money, women will come because they are gold diggers.
