I've known a lot of women that look better with the extra weight. I think if you have not been consistent in keeping yourself in shape, you get too a certain point where losing all the weight makes you look older. 30lbs overweight isnt going to deter a lot of guys. I think the lack of confidence that comes along with the weight gain is the problem.

Im curious since this thread is still ticking. . You guys have ALL these body size requirements for us women. What Id like to know is just how many of YOU are "all that". I mean if youre overweight yourself do you really think its fair to be looking down your chubby little nose at us. Im just saying.....

It's not "ALL these body size requirements." Essentially, it could be distilled to ONE criteria: height-weight proportionate

Probably merge this thread with the chick who will only date football players. There are guys who would get defensive about that one. Yet, people seem to always want what they can't have in beauty and charm. Why? Cuz it doesn't exist. If you want something beautiful to look at, whether man or woman, be prepared to sacrifice for other important missing parts, like someone who loves you for who you really are, someone who takes care of you when you're sick, someone who gives you confidence to make the right decisions. Beauty is only skin deep folks, but inner beauty is through and through!

I think being healthy is the key by exercising regularly.

The eating portions these days are way too much. America needs to start counting calories and think about how weight affects longevity of life.

Don't be lazy We all only have one life to live

In Egypt men prefer women who are a little bit fat , and have some meat on their bones , they call them sexy bodies or hot women. Egyptain men don't like thin women at all, not tall as well . That is my big problem in life because I like to be tall thin women and I work hard for that , but that type does not work well in Egypt.

Also, a big woman will be good for one's diet since she'll surely eat your desserts and other fatty foods when going out for a meal.

I think Smithley is right by mentioning the confidence factor.. Years ago I lost some weight and while being thinner was fun, I struggled to maintain that weight loss for years.. After about 4 years, I gained about 15 pounds of it back (which I've now had for 3 years). It took me several months to get comfortable with my weight gain but when I did, I noticed that not much had changed.. I still got about the same amount of attention from the opposite sex! I think it's just because I'm comfortable with my body.. Maybe more so at my current weight than 15 pounds lighter.
