This is where your mother crosses her arms across her chest and smiles smugly while she watches YOU handling the teen years.

It was great...my baby needed a break so we went camping. Everything was fine until I got a call from my ex at 12:30 am this morning. He was at MY house...kicking kids out. Our son was supposed to be at his dad's last night...after going to a party. Well, it's a long story, but the end result is, my son has lost every privilege that he had. Forever.

Not to make light, but I'm sure he's a good kid in general, he's suppose to f up once in a while.

If he's got a good heart....... that's what really matters..

Well, I didn't race home..I tried to enjoy the morning as best I could. My ex had our son, and had things under control - I knew that much. I'm just so pissed, and so unbelievably disappointed in my boy. I don't even have words. I never went to sleep last night after the call...although everything was okay - no drunk driving or anything/one hurt - thank GOD. My guy has been so supportive today. I am so thankful for him.

Thanks Chow. That's what my BF said too. I'm trying to put things in perspective.

That's exactly what I was going to say, but I figured maybe Chessie might not be in the mood to hear it right this moment. But I agree, he sounds like a great kid in general.
