A great sense of humour and self deprecation is essential for me in any relationship. I love a man who can make me laugh and smile and who is witty and razor sharp. My brain is still my most erogenous zone,so wit is pretty crucial to how sexyI find people.
A Buffoon though , absolutely NOT. There is a huge difference. Some men try very hard to be funny ( hint, you should not have to try), and treat everything like a joke which is so, so off-putting. It always smacks of desperation and of attention seeking as well as the inabilty to deal with life in a mature and responsible manner. Buffoons always seem to lack self esteem and usually behave like toddlers. They love being the centre of attention and are just obnoxious.
Too much trouble. I just try to win over a woman's pets. A pocket full of algae crisp is sometimes all it takes. Toss a few in the tank and love is nigh.
Yes, I like a man who has a sense of humor, but not to the point where he's ALWAYS cracking jokes and making light out of EVERYTHING. I had someone like that before, and it got on the nerves so bad.
