Many clothing-optional beaches are popular with gay men,
and men typically outnumber women on clothing optional beaches in "westernized" countries.
Given that, I'm curious if women also know that and would be suspicious of a guy prefering men or "batting for both teams,"
or just feel very-uncomfortable knowing that he's probably also seeing some naked women.

Really. Plenty of straight guys on clothing-optional beaches.
That's kind of a turn-off for me, regardless, so I would have to say that if a man goes to clothing-optional beaches, yes, I would turn him down.
nudist and clothing optional are incredibly popular in europe...
im european so used to it...
personally it wouldnt bother me as long as he wanted me to go too...
if he only wanted to go alone, or was the only one in clothing...id be more aware that hes there more to "people watch" than to enjoy the freedom of no tan lines...
but id be more worried about him watching hot chicks than being gay simply because he goest to CO beaches lol.
and even the hot chicks wouldnt bother me as long as he was only window shopping...he can look...just no touching :P

most of their patrons are might be from the LBTQ community.
It seems a popular gathering place for them.
So nothing against a guy tanning in the buff?
Yeah, I could see how a guy who's a "switch-hitter" wouldn't be appealing to most women.
I'd just think you prefer to swim naked and don't want tan lines.
This. Nudists don't bother me. Some people just like to be naked. Swimming naked is pretty fun too, but I don't care to get sand all up in my business.
