Being single is nothing to be ashamed about. At least you don't have to worry about your parents/family relatives liking your SO nor hurting their feelings if you do/say something that's off the wall.
In addition you're not committing to anything nor any terms.

I can be complaining about how all my crushes are either in a relationship (married or long-term) or how the dude at my work never notices me but talks to other girls. Oh well, whatever.... this is fun for now.......

change yourself, no matter what your problem is, it's never the society's problem, it's never the other sex's problem, its always, I repeat, always, your problem. Be it not good-looking enough, not rich enough, not sociable enough, or not funny enough. It's always your problem. No matter who you are and how you feel. As long as you want positive response from the society or part of the society, you get to play by the society's rules. Remember, always check yourself first and there is always an solution to it.

Well Sunflower if YOU just worked up the nerve to approach me then I would respond

Samston I have not been follow your posts so I have no idea of your history

Do you go out much?
How often do you ask girls out?

Sadly I think a person's Environment has also a lot to do with it
If you are working with a lot of single women in your age group it helps
If you have friends with lots of single girlfriends also can make it a lot easier to hook up

How are we supposed to figure that out? We don't know you, have no idea what you look like, what you act like in real life etc

Samston I know this will not cheer you but somewhere across town from you right now is a hot 33 year old woman saying the exact same thing. (for clarification, a boyfriend, not a girlfriend)

My neighbor's daughter Laura was absolutely drop dead gorgeous, smart (A Nurse)
funny and she spend more nights being lonely and miserable. We talked about it and she said
"There are so many women out there who are better then me, I don't have a chance"

This is a lonely world, some people are just so sick of the game they rather sit home and be lonely then do the bar thing or even do the online thing...
