Not sure how I feel about this - on one level I admire the haiku-like simplicity and underlying complexity; on another, it's like being hit repeatedly with a sledgehammer - nice for knocking you out of whatever dreamland you're in, but painful nonetheless.

You'd probably love THIS puppy then - antique skullsaw...

But see, this is Enrique Iglesias - that's the thing! The song's actually growing on me, when I put on my headset and turn up the bass. Ya gotta admit hearing Ludicrus say "Excuse me I don't wanna be ruuuuuuuuude!" is pretty f'ing hilarious. xD
It's kind of a techno-dance song, which I normally don't listen to (and HATE autotune...have I mentioned that?), but had to hear it when it was mentioned, earlier. Depeche Mode? Love 'em. Floyd? Love 'em. Jethro Tull - pretty cool. Zeppelin is the stuff, though! Van Halen was my thing. Have every album, in every format available. Saw them in concert once (Balance tour, their first US stop in Pensacola. MTV's Spring Break cams were flying all over the place). I missed the 1984 concert, because I was in 8th grade and my Mom wouldn't let me go! I had a HUGE crush on EVH. And he's suddenly gotten hot all over again. I like the thrasher stuff, too. Rob Zombie, Saliva, Korn, and metal - Metallica!!!! Incubus has been on my playlist for a few years, now. I posted the lyrics to Megalomaniac on my blog while going through my divorce, with the subject line "TWIMC" (to who it may concern). My ex. Took that entry down, though.
I'm a huge Blondie fan, have been since I was 9 or so. I saw them with the B-52s in concert in August. Debby Harry has still got it! They all do!
I could write paragraphs on the music I listen to; I have a very diverse taste. I grew up playing violin and piano! And I listen to Enya and Dido!

We have very similar taste in music. You'd think 10 different people put together my playlist. I've got RUSH and Audioslave playing right along with Linkin Park, Dave Matthews, Lenny Kravitz and the Steve Miller Band.

OMG how did I leave out NIN?! I listen to that all the time! "Only" was my personal anthem for a while. And, of course, "Closer" is verrrrrrrry hot!

Man, AWKWARD! My ex-husband brought his fiancee to the performance today. First time I'd ever seen her. My ex and I passed each other in the concession stand room, and barely made eye contact.

I am going to make for damn certain my ex and Miss walker never cross paths. I am going to make for sure I never cross paths with her.

I kinda have to. My ex and I have a son, and his fiancee will be my son's stepmom. As much as I'd love to avoid it, I can't.
Why am I still awake?
Signing off, now...

No children is one thing I am thankful for.
Cousin and her husband had a baby about 4 month ago. I did get to hold her... The best part is handing them back to their mother when they need changing, feeding, or are just plain fussy.
